Conclusões Gerais
Nas células 3T3-L1 foram observados os seguintes eventos:
• A adição de LPS aumentou as concentrações de IL-6, enquanto que a adição das vitaminas
E ou D3 reduziram essas concentrações;
• A adição das vitaminas E ou D3 reduziu a relação IL-6/IL-10.
Os camundongos alimentados com dieta hiperlipídica em relação ao grupo controle tiveram:
• Maior consumo energético;
• Maior conteúdo de gordura da carcaça;
• Maior peso relativo dos tecidos retroperitoneal, epididimal, mesentérico e fígado; • Maior conteúdo de gordura hepática;
• Maiores concentrações hepáticas de TBARS; • Maior expressão gênica de TLR4 e SOD; • Menor expressão gênica de GPx;
• Maior expressão protéica TLR4, TRAF6;
• Menor expressão protéica de catalase, GPx e SOD.
A suplementação de vitamina D3 nos camundongos alimentados com dieta
hiperlipídica promoveu:
• Redução do ganho de massa corporal, independentemente do consumo energético; • Redução do conteúdo de gordura da carcaça;
• Redução do peso relativo dos tecidos retroperitoneal, epididimal, mesentérico e fígado; • Redução das concentrações séricas de glicose e insulina;
• Redução do conteúdo de gordura hepático; • Redução das concentrações hepáticas de TBARS;
• Menor concentração de IL-6 no tecido adiposo epididimal; • Menor relação IL-6/IL-10 no tecido adiposo epididimal; • Redução da expressão gênica de TLR4;
• Aumento da expressão gênica de SOD, catalase e GPx; • Redução na expressão protéica de TLR4, MyD88, TRAF6; • Aumento na expressão protéica de GPx e SOD.
A suplementação de vitamina E nos camundongos alimentados com dieta hiperlipídica promoveu:

Em resumo, o presente estudo demonstrou que a suplementação de vitamina E ou D3
possui atividade anti-obesidade in vivo. A suplementação de vitamina E ou D3 reduziu a
expressão gênica e protéica de TLR4 e aumentou a expressão de enzimas antioxidantes, vias inflamatória e oxidativa relacionadas ao processo de desenvolvimento de obesidade.
