1.5. DıĢ Kaynak Kullanımın Önemi

1.5.1. DıĢ Kaynak Kullanımının Firmalara Sağladığı Avantajlar

Ao longo desta pesquisa de tese puderam ser identificadas algumas oportunidades para futuras pesquisas que poderiam complementar ou aprofundar o que foi aqui trabalhado. Nesse sentido, são sugeridas pesquisas que poderiam ser relacionadas ao tema central ou temas subjacentes, ou ainda, que emergiram nas discussões dos resultados, conforme segue:

– Com exceção da escala MKTOR, utilizada para medir a orientação das empresas para o mercado, as demais escalas não são consenso entre os estudos correlatos identificados na literatura. Principalmente a escala utilizada nesta tese para medir a gestão eficaz do conhecimento demonstra que ainda pode ser aprimorada. Nesse sentido, alguns estudos podem ser realizados para buscar formas eficientes e confiáveis para este propósito;

– Estudos longitudinais são recomendados para poder avaliar com maior precisão o impacto da gestão eficaz do conhecimento tanto na orientação da empresa para o mercado, quanto na inovatividade e nos resultados organizacionais;

– Tomando como base a pesquisa aqui realizada, para exercer base comparativa, são sugeridas novas pesquisas para avaliar segmentos empresariais específicos. Além de setores, segmentações possíveis poderiam ser geográficas, por porte, por origem (no caso de multinacionais e transnacionais), além de outras;

– Sugere-se a utilização dos mesmos constructos abordados nessa pesquisa para avaliar modelos estruturais concorrentes, onde os caminhos podem ser avaliados de forma diferente ou com a inclusão de outros constructos. Por exemplo, isto poderia ser realizado relacionando se a cultura organizacional colabora para a gestão eficaz do conhecimento, antes desse constructo impactar a orientação para o mercado, a inovatividade e os resultados organizacionais;

– Uma pesquisa similar à realizada nesta tese poderia ser recomendada para a avaliação de resultados não financeiros, e sim aqueles ligados a questões de produtividade, e realizadas comparações entre empresas de capital privado e de capital público, bem como estudos comparativos entre empresas de diversos setores;

– Para aprimorar as recomendações na área gerencial, são sugeridos estudos para relacionar práticas e técnicas utilizadas nas empresas para a gestão eficaz do conhecimento com os seus respectivos processos.

– A partir da conclusão que sugere o alinhamento da gestão do conhecimento à estratégia empresarial, estudos nesse sentido poderiam avaliar de maneira mais precisa a relação entre esses aspecto.

A gestão do conhecimento ainda oferece várias oportunidades para estudos, bem como suas relações com outras práticas empresariais que podem contribuir de maneira importante tanto para o desenvolvimento científico da administração quanto para sugestões de práticas gerenciais mais eficientes e eficazes.

Tendo em vista a dinâmica do mercado e a sua crescente competitividade fica evidente a necessidade de tentar compreender e explicar os vários fenômenos decorrentes das práticas gerenciais desenvolvidas na busca de soluções para as empresas.
