5. CONCLUSION, DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION

5.2 Conclusion and Recommendation

This study’s aim was to understand the underlying effects of the academic motivation of international trade students on entrepreneurship tendency and female entrepreneurship values.

The results of this study indicate that students who are academically motivationed have high motivation in involving in an entrepreneurial career. The findings of the research also indicate that both graduate and undergraduate students of international trade are well motivated and have positive thougthts to start their own business.

Most of the latest theoretical researches on international trade focus on the generalization or elaboration of this basic selection model. Studies investigated the relationship between different heterogeneous companies and comparative advantage (Bernard et al., 2007a), variable markings and market size (Ottaviano and Melitz 2008), national asymmetry (Arkolakis et al., 2008) and multi-product companies (Bernard). (Neary 2010, Mayer et al.

2011), whether production activities within the company will be organized (Antràs &

Helpman 2004, 2008), the level of management within the company (Rossi-Hansberg and Caliendo, 2011), market friction (Kreickemeier and Egger, 2009, Itskhoki and Helpman, 2010, Davis and Amiti, 2011, Helpman et al., 2011) and financial constraints (Chaney, 2005), etc. But this study focuses on the basic point therefore results indicate that students have high motivation for involving in an entrepreneurial career, and they also have other academic motivational factors that obtained from this research. The findings of the research indicate that overall graduate and undergraduate students of international trade department are well motivated and have positive thoughts to start their own business.

In conclusion, academic motivation on female entrepreneurs is a significant component that can expand the success of future social order and enable them to reach the top modern levels.

The job of ladies in the public eye changed during the most recent decades, featuring the expansion of their interest in the work showcase (Alperstedt; Ferreira; Serafim, 2014), as representatives as well as managers. Prominently, the scope of female business enterprise hangs out in the fortifying of little and medium ventures (Mainardes; Lasso; Silva, 2016).

In this regard, internal and external female education and the motivation of their business personnel should be supported, and the ideas and careers they generate ought to be highlighted. Ultimately, this examination assists with understanding the inspirations of international trade students in establishing their businesses and their approach to female entrepreneurship, which is very important for the development of the economies in the world.

Since sex contrasts assume a job in the distinction among entrepreneurial goals of people (Auchter and Kriz, 2013), issues like whether the enterprising contributions of the college move female students and whether female students get support while beginning new business should be examined further.

As a result of the research, we conclude that the academic motivation of the international trade students has a positive effect on ambition and determination among the sub-factors of entrepreneurship tendency. It is seen that the perception of women entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship tendency has a positive impact on all sub-factors.

The research was carried on with 60 questions for entrepreneurs and survey information collected from 260 students of the Department of international trade students for Turkish Universities was collected.

Students had their own motivation reasons to start and run their own business. As mentioned above respondents were asked to give their motivation factors.

The study attempted to exploit the niche and hopefully advance the understanding of the specificity of academic motivation and entrepreneurship of international trade students. The results were entirely consistent, which means that all factors were selected for a detailed inspecting and were proved to interplay with the academic motivation of international trade students.

The results indicate that most of the students who are passionate about entrepreneurship and want to become entrepreneurs are confident about their abilities, skills, and vision of their life. The same effect is also valid for female entrepreneurs.

Given the findings of this inspection, there are reasons to think tendencies to become an entrepreneur is a complex and personal decision that is profoundly shaped by students’

attitudes toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavioural control.

The main objective of this research has been accomplished and conclusions were made.

Thanks to these results, other studies or can be done with the help of this study. Analysing the factors that affect dynamics of academic motivation at any specific point in time, such as: health issues, fatigue, mood, etc. can be an interesting topic of study. The researchers must be ready to think in innovatively and prefer optimal methods of investigation. Most of

the time, multiple approaches seem to be one of the best solutions to provide extensive and comprehensive view aspects of the self. Concerning some of the recommended research designs, by combining a variety of them, several persepctives on academic motivation and enrepreneurship can be studied.
