6.2. Öneriler

9 Çalışmamız MGT’nin akut etkisini değerlendirdi, primer dismenoreli bireylerin MGT’yi içeren daha uzun süreli bir tedavi programına alınmasıyla ortaya çıkacak sonuçları değerlendirecek araştırmalara ihtiyaç vardır.

39 9 Fasyal zincir hipotezine dayanarak primer dismenoreli bireylere yalnızca abdominal bölge ve torakolumbal bölgeye odaklanmadan daha geniş alanda uygulanacak MGT ile semptomlarında gerçekleşecek değişimleri değerlendirecek çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır.

9 Bireylerin genel sağlık durumlarını incelemede GSA özellikle somatik alt ölçeği ile yetersiz kalmıştır. Bu konuda katsayıları daha yüksek bir ölçeğe ihtiyaç vardır.

9 Primer dismenoreli hastalara uygulanan MGT’nin sağladığı iyileşmenin altında yatan nedenleri inceleyecek araştırmalara ihtiyaç vardır.
