Türkiye Yangından Korunma ve Eğitim Vakfı ile Yangından Korunma Derneği (TÜYAK) yangının önlenmesi ve yangına karşı can ve mal güvenliğinin sağlanması konularında çalışma yapmak üzere kurulmuşlardır.
Başlıca amaçları; bilgi ve teknoloji transferlerini gerçekleştirmek, ulusal ve uluslararası platformlarda yangın sektörünü tanıtmak, yurt dışı meslek örgütleri ile temaslarını sürdürerek sektör ile ilgili bilgi ve teknolojik gelişmeleri izlemek ve üyelerine duyurabilmektir.
TÜYAK‘ın diğer amaçları; yangından korunma konusunda faaliyet gösteren kişi kurum ve kuruluşları bir araya getirerek yangından kaynaklanan can ve mal kaybını azaltmak, toplumun yangın güvenliği konusunda eğitilmesini sağlamak, bilim ve teknoloji alanında araştırmalar yapmak, yapılan çalışmaları desteklemek, yangından korunma ve yangınla mücadele konularında yeni ürünlerin ve sistemlerin geliştirilmesine destek olmak, yetkili kuruluşlarla işbirliği yaparak ulusal yangın yönetmeliklerini ve standartlarını hazırlanmak ve kültür varlıklarının yangın güvenliğinin sağlanması konularında çalışma yapmaktır.
Turkey Fire Protection and Education Foundation and Fire Protection Association (TUYAK) are nonprofit, nongovernmental organizations, aiming to work on fire safety. Their member profiles include academics, professionals, industrial and commercial representatives on fire prevention and fire protection. The mission of TUYAK is to raise the importance of fire prevention awareness in the community and, to monitor the information and developments in the fire science and technology field.
In order to achieve those aims, TUYAK established close relationship and cooperation with official institutions of rule makers and with private sectors of the fire industry.

ULUSLARARASI YANGIN VE GÜVENLİ SEMPOZYUMU VE SERGİSİ
INTERNATIONAL FIRE SAFETY SYMPOSIUM AND EXHIBITION
İki yılda bir yapılan ‘’Yangın ve Güvenlik Sempozyumu ve Sergisi‘’nin dördüncüsü 9 - 10 Kasım 2017 tarihlerinde İstanbul’da yapılacaktır. Sempozyum, uluslararası ve ulusal kuruluşların destekleri, yurt içi/
yurt dışı üniversite ve firma temsilcilerinin katkıları ile gerçekleştirilecektir.
Sempozyumda; Yangın ve Güvenlik alanında bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişmelerin tartışıldığı, tasarımcı, uygulamacı, araştırmacı ve işletmecilerin deneyimlerinin paylaşıldığı bir platform oluşması hedeflenmiştir.
Sempozyumla birlikte düzenlenen sergide ise; “Yangın ve Güvenlik” sektöründeki yerli ve yabancı üreticiler teknolojik gelişmelerini tanıtacak, yeni ürünlerini sunacaktır. Yangın Güvenlik profesyonelleri, ilgili kamu yöneticileri, akademisyenler, tasarım yapan ve/veya uygulayan mühendisler, danışmanlar, sigortacılar, üreticiler, ürün sağlayıcılar, teknik elemanlar; TÜYAK tarafından düzenlenen bu büyük buluşmanın doğal davetlileridir.
The 4th biannual ‘’Exhibition and Symposium on Fire and Safety‘’ will be held in Istanbul on 9 - 10 November 2017. The symposium will be held with the support of international and national institutions and with contributions from domestic/foreign university and company representatives.
TUYAK symposium is a well-known platform where scientific and technological developments in the field of Fire Safety are discussed and the experiences of designers, implementers, researchers and managers are shared. Professionals of Fire Safety, related government executives, academicians, engineers performing and/or applying design, consultants, insurers, manufacturers, product suppliers technicians are, natural guests of this great event.

Sergiye Katılım
1. Katılımcı firmanın standart standı kurulu olarak Etix Events tarafından firmaya teslim edilecek olup, bu hizmet için ücret talep edilmeyecektir.
2. Standın elektrik ve ışık bağlantıları Etix Events tarafından yapılacaktır. (Her 3 m2 için 100 watt aydınlatma armatürü ve kablolu grup priz) 3. Firmaya ücretsiz olarak 1 adet dikdörtgen

Participation In Exhibition
1. The standard stand will be delivered as ready-to- use by Etix Events to the participant company and no additional fee will be charged for this purpose.
2. Power and light connections of the stand will be completed by Etix Events. (100 watt lighting armature and plug bundle for every 3 m2) 3. The company will be given one rectangular desk
and 2 chairs free of charge.
4. Participant company will be sent as many invitations as the company requests. These invitations are for “visiting the exhibition and following the symposium only” and provide free visit to the event.
5. Information about the participant company will be included in the exhibition catalog.
6. Participant company will be given 5 copies of the Proceeding’s Book as flash memory.
7. Information about the participant company will be included in the exhibition catalog, press releases and media kits.

I. Yaka Kartı Sponsoru
1. Sempozyuma katılan tüm delegelere, firma temsilcilerine, basın mensuplarına ve Sempozyum programında yer alan tüm konuşmacılara üzerinde isimlerinin yazılı olduğu yaka kartları verilecektir.
2. Sponsor firma logosu yaka kartının önünde, firmanın tasarımını göndereceği imaj da yaka kartının arkasında yer alacaktır.
3. Firmanın adı aynı zamanda yaka kartının ipine de basılacaktır.

II. Çanta Sponsoru

Sempozyum genel yönlendirmelerinin sağ alt kösesine firma / ürün logonuz konulacaktır.
XI. Çanta İçi Broşür Sponsorluğu
Sempozyum çantalarının içine tek sayfa firma broşürleriniz konulacaktır.
XII. Kurs/Atölye Sponsorluğu
1. Kurs Sponsorluğu ile ilgili taleplerinizi (konu baslığı, konuşmacı ismi, istenen gün, istenen saat vb) yürütme kuruluna aktarılmak üzere 28 Temmuz 2017 tarihine kadar Etix Events’e ulaştırmanız gerekmektedir.
2. Bilimsel program kitabı ve web sitesinde kursla ilgili detaylı bilgi duyurulacaktır.
3. Yukarıda belirtilen fiyatlara; ses ve görüntü sistemi ve personel dahildir.
4. Kurs konuşmacılarının tüm giderleri (konaklama, ulaşım vb..) sponsor firmaya aittir.
5. Salon içersinde Kurs/Atölye için verilen süre boyunca, Kurs/Atölye sponsoru olmuş firmaya ait flamalar asılacaktır.

Companies can participate in TUYAK 2017 – International Fire Safety Symposium and Exhibition as Lunch Sponsors, Cocktail Sponsors, Badge Sponsors, Bag Sponsors, Proceeding’s Book Sponsors, Document Kit Sponsors, Website Sponsors, Syposium and Exhibition Guide Sponsors, Course Sympozium Sponsors, Signalization Sponsors and Bag Inside Brochure Sponsors.
Common services to be provided to the sponsors;
1. Sponsor’s logo will be placed on all announcements, brochures, posters, programs, exhibition catalog and invitations.
2. Stage visuals of the sponsor will carry the logo of the sponsoring company.
3. The sponsor company will be given exhibition and symposium invitations as many as requested.
4. Sponsor will be given 5 copies of Proceeding’s Book as flash memory.
5. Advertising supports will be given to sponsors of TUYAK Symposium and Exhibition for sectoral publication magazines.
I. Badge Sponsorship
1. All delegates participating in the symposium as well as press member and all speakers as announced by the symposium program will be given badges with their names on them.
2. The logo of the sponsoring company will be printed on the front side of the badge and the image designed and sent by the company will be printed on the back of the badge.
3. Company name will be printed on the badge string as well.
4. Badge is the only material that the participants are obliged to carry.
II. Bag Sponsorship
1. All documents to be used during the symposium will be given in a bag to all participating delegates, press members, company representatives and speakers.
2. Documents of other sponsors as well can be presented in a bag.
3. The logo of the sponsor company can be placed on the front face or on the inside of the front lid.
III. Proceedings Book Sponsorship
1. All memos to be published during the symposium will be collected in the Proceeding’s Book.
2. Proceeding’s Book will be distributed to all participants during the event and will be sent to relevant parties to serve as a technical resource document.
3. The advertisement of the sponsoring company will be on the full back page and on one of the full inner pages as requested by the sponsor.
4. Sponsor company will be given 10 copies of the Proceeding’s Book as flash memory.

IV. Luncheon Sponsorship
1. During the symposium for two days will feature two separate lunch invitations.
2. Different companies can sponsor each of the lunch organizations or a single company can sponsor both of the lunch organizations.
3. Lunch will be available for bureaucrats, academicians, senior level managers of private companies and speakers.
4. Desk flags of the sponsoring company will be prepared by themselves and placed on all tables which reserved for lunch.
5. Sponsor companies will be able to privately host 10 of their guests during their sponsorship period.
6. Participants will need to get tickets for the lunch and sponsor company’s logo will be printed on the ticket.
V. Coffee Break Sponsorship
1. During the symposium for two days, coffee breaks will be provided for each day, two times in the morning and after lunch.
2. Different companies can sponsor each of the coffee break organizationsas, as well as 2 days and 4 coffee breaks can be sponsored by the same company.
3. Coffee breaks will be available for bureaucrats, academicians, senior level managers of private companies and speakers.
4. The flags of the sponsor company will be placed at the coffee breaks hall.
VI. Cocktail and Gala Dinner Sponsorship
1. The Cocktail party to be organized on the first day of the symposium will be open to all participants and the Gala Dinner will be open to representatives of all participating companies.
2. The flag of the sponsoring company will be placed in the cocktail and Gala dinner halls.
3. Sponsoring company will be allowed to make a 10 minute promotional presentation/speech during the cocktail and gala dinner.
4. Cocktail and gala dinner will be accompanied by live instrumental music.
VII. Document Kit Sponsorship
1. All participating delegates, press members, company representatives and speakers who participate in the symposium and the exhibition will be given folders, notepads and pens to be used during the event.
2. The logo of the sponsoring company will be printed on the front page of the folder and the full page advertisement will be printed on the back.
3. Company’s logo will be printed on the notepad and the pen that will be inside the folder as well.
VIII. Website Sponsorship
Company / product logo will be used on the main page of the congress website. (More than one company may be involved.)
IX. Symposium & Exhibition Guide Sponsorship
Full page of company advertisement will be published at the back of the booklet (Company or product advertisement will be prepared on your side).
X. Signalization Sponsorship
The company/product logo will be placed on the bottom right corner of the general signalization of the congress center.
XI. Bag Inside Brochure Sponsorship
Your one-page company brochure will be put into the bag Symposium.
XII. Course/Workshop Sponsorship
1. Workshop Symposium applications including title, name(s) of speakers, preferred date and time must be made until July 28, 2017 Etix Events for passed to the executive committee.
2. Information details will be announcment on website and the scientific program book.
3. Above fees includes audio and sound systems and host/ hostes.
4. The sponsor company will pay all expenses (accommodation, travel etc.) of the symposium speakers.
5. During the period of sponsorship company in the hall, the company’s flags will be hanged.
