1975 yılında doğmuştur. 1992’de Bahçelievler Deneme Lisesini (Ankara) bitirdikten sonra Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesin’den mezun olarak Tıp Doktoru unvanını almıştır. 2007 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi Anabilim Dalı, Anatomi (tıpta uzmanlık) uzmanlık eğitimini tamamlayarak Anatomi Uzmanı olmuş ve Haziran 2012’de Doçent unvanını almıştır. Kasım 2013’te Doçent kadrosuna atanmıştır. 2013 Yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinin Erasmus Koordinatör yardımcısı olmuştur. 2014 yılında University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Skull base center, Cerrahi Nöroanatomi Laboratuvarında bilimsel çalışmalarda bulunup “research fellow” olmuştur. Buradaki eğitim ve araştımalar ışığında endoskopik ve ak madde anatomisi çalışmaları yayınlanmıştır. 2014 yılında dünya miminal invazif omurga cerrahisi federasyonu (WFMISS) dünya kongresi başkan yardımcısı olarak görev yapmıştır. 2015 yılıda Avrupa klinik anatomi derneği (EACA) sekreterinin öncülüğünde yürütülen “Network of Exellence in Postgraduate Education of Clinical and Applied Anatomy” Türkiye temsilcisi olmuştur. Halen Türk Anatomi ve Klinik Anatomi Derneği (TAKAD), Avrupa (EACA) ve Amerika (AACA) klinik anatomi derneği üyesidir ve Türk Anatomi ve Klinik Anatomi Derneği Denetleme Kurulu Üyeliği görevlerini yürütmüştür. Onbir kitap bölümü yazarıdır, doksandan fazla indeksli orijinal makale sahibidir ve yayınlarına binden fazla atıf yapılmıştır. Uluslararası iki kitap bölümü yazarıdır, ayrıca dört adet omurga anatomisi ve nöroanatomi kitap bölümlerinin çevirisini yapmıştır. Araştırmaları çeşitli klinik derneklerden ödüller almış, dört adet ulusal projede araştırmacı olarak görev almıştır. AÜ Rektörlüğü AB eğitim koordinatörlüğüne bağlı olarak 2015 Şubat ayından beri AÜTF Erasmus Koordinatörü, 2015 yılı Ağustos ayından beri ise AÜTF Uluslararası Öğrenci Değişimleri Koordinatörü görevlerini sürdürmektedir. Çok sayıda ulusal ve uluslararası kongre ve sempozyumlarda davetli konuşmacı olmuş ve birçok uluslararası dergide yardımcı editör, editor kurulu üyesi, yayın kurulu üyesi ve hakem olarak görevlerini sürdürmektedir.
