Several overseas offices of the Department of Commerce arrange official delegations to the Expo. If you are interested in attending with such a group, please contact your local United States Commercial Service office.
It is important to apply for your visa as early as possible.

Please register in advance. In the past, international visitors who waited until Tuesday morning to register stood in lines for up to one hour. To avoid long lines when you arrive register by June 9, 2022, via fax, mail, or the AACC website.
HOW TO REGISTER
1. Complete the enclosed registration form and fax or mail as directed on the form OR visit AACC’s website and register directly for “Expo Only.” You may use this registration to apply for your visa then upgrade your registration to include scientific sessions in April when conference registration opens.
2. Using the enclosed form (or through AACC’s website), make your housing reservation and secure it with a credit card. Your housing confirmation will be sent separately.
Conference registration requires a separate form with registration fees. Conference registration forms will be available beginning in April or through AACC Customer Service at custserv@aacc.

HOTEL INFORMATION
AACC has negotiated special rates at leading hotels in Chicago. SPARGO, Inc. is the official housing agent for the meeting and expo.
AACC will provide complimentary shuttle service from most official hotels to McCormick Place, the Chicago convention center. This service is not included for attendees staying at hotels outside of the official housing block.
After June 29, 2022, every effort will be made to accommodate your request, subject to hotel availability and rate request.
• Rooms are assigned in the order in which reservations are received. If your first or second choice is not available, you will be assigned a room in a comparable hotel.
• All hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. A deposit in the amount of one night’s room rate (plus tax) will be charged to your credit card by the hotel on or after June 29, 2022.
• Written confirmation will be faxed, mailed or emailed the next business day after receipt of your request.
• Changes and cancellations should be made through the AACC Housing Service until June 29. Changes may be subject to hotel availability. If changes need to be made after June 29, please refer to your confirmation for details on your hotel’s change and cancellation policies.
• Many hotels are now imposing fees for early departures. This policy is at the discretion of the individual hotel, and the amount of the fee varies by hotel. To avoid an early departure charge, be sure to verify your actual date of departure at the time of check-in.
