• Another branch of the public law is administrative law.

• It is the law to be applied to administration.

• So it inspects the legality of the administravie body’s actions.

• Administration in organic sense is the bodies/institutions in executive power of the State.

• Administration in material sense is the actions taken by administrative bodies/institutions.

• The organizational body of the State is analyzed in administrative law.

• There is no code called administrative code, it is composed of many different codes.

• Administrative law is also about the public officers, administrative acts and thier

invailidity, public services and their results.

• Criminal law is about crimes and their sanctions, punishments.

• Crimes are acts to be considered as harming the public order.

• Punishments are the sanctions of such acts.

• All crimes and punishment must be regulated in codes.

• Analogy cannot be used during the interpretation of the criminal codes.

• The punishments can only be executed by State.

• Procedural law is also another branch of the public law.

• In procedureal law, the procedure to be followed by judiciary bodies are regulated.

• Procedural law has also its sub-branches:

• Civil procedural law

• Criminal procedural law

• Administrative procedural law

• General public law is analyzing philosophical and sociological basis of the sovereignty.

• Also, States and their foundations are also analyzed.

• Tax law is about the taxes and problems arose during the ptax payments.

• Some law branches cannot be either public or private law. They have both dimensions.

• Examples:

• Employment law

• Environment law

• Bank law
