Assist. Prof. Dr. NİL GÜNSEL REŞATOĞLU

Nil Günsel Reşatoğlu was born in Nicosia on the island of Cyprus on 7th of May, 1976. Her father is a mechanic and her mother is a housewife. She received her primay education in her own town. In 1993, she graduated from Bayraktar Türk Maarif College.

After graduating from the Business Administration Department from the Near East University, she continued her education in England and obtained her Masters Degree in Finance from the Leicester University in England. Then, she returned to Cyprus and worked in the Near East Bank as a branch manager for two years. From 2003-2005 she worked as a part-time lecturer in the Department of Management Center in Leicester University. She obtained her PhD in Finance in 2005 from the Leicester University.

She has been working as a lecturer in Banking and Finance Department, in Near East University since 2006 and she became an Assistant Professor in 2011 at Near East University.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Nil Günsel Reşatoğlu is currently the Head of the Banking and Finance Department at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in the Near East University, married and have two childen.
