T h e Roof Rôtisserie at the Istanbul Hilton has for many years b e e n the city’s most refined and luxurious restaurant. R edecorated several tim es since its op en ­ ing, it has an opulent am biance and ever-new appear­ ance. The breathtaking panoramic view o f the Bos­ phorus, Asian shores and the Princes ’ Islands is an a d d ed attraction.

The b es t o f international and Turkish cuisine togeth er with fish specialities highlight the Roof Rôtisserie menus. The most d electab le menus are b ein g pre­ pared with all kinds o f fresh herbs, lettuces, fennel

and cherry tom atoes especially grown for the Hilton hotels in Turkey by an expert farmer in Marmaris. Great foo d is com p lem en ted with the highest stand­ ard o f service. Dining at the Roof Rôtisserie is a special experience.
