Özet

Lamda cyhalotrin sentetik pyrethroidsand pestisicid grubundadır. Bu pestisid sucul ekosistem için oldukça toksitir. Bu araştırmada Lamda cyhalotrin içeren halen Trakya bölgesinde yoğun olarak kullanılan bir pestisit (KARATE) toksitesi incelenmiştir. Lethal dose belirlenmesi için Sivrisinek balığı Gambusia affinis (Baird & Girard, 1853 ) seçilmiştir. Lethal Dose 50 deneyleri 3 kere tekrarlanılarak statik deney koşularında bu balık için 96-h LC50 belirlenmiştir. Deneyler buyunca su sıcaklığı 24 ± 1

°C. ph 8.31 ve total sertlik 621 µS Lamda cyhalotrin için elde edilen deney sonuçları probit analiz yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Sivrisinek balığı için 96-saat LC50 değerleri 1.107 µg/l. olarak hesaplanmıştır.

Abstract

Lamda cyhalotrin belongs to a group of chemicals called synthetic pyrethroidsand pesticides and potential toxic pollutant contaminating aquatic ecosystems, was investigated in the present study for (KARATE) acute toxicity. Mosquito fish, Gambusia affinis (Baird & Girard, 1853) were selected for the bioassay experiments. The experiments were repeated 3 times and the 96-h LC50 was determined for the fish. The static test method of acute toxicity test was used. Water temperature was regulated at 20 ± 1 °C , water pH 8.31 total conductive was 621 µS . Data obtained from the lamda cyhalotrin acute toxicity tests were evaluated using the probit analysis statistical method. The 96-h LC50 value for mosquito fish was estimated as 1,107 µg/l. Values in the range of 1,8 µg/l have been reported for various other fish species.
