Cemal KAVALCIOĞLU
M.Sc. Cemal Kavalcıoğlu was born on 8th September,1977 in Nicosia. He studied his elementary studies at the Küçük Kaymaklı Primary school, his secondary school studies at the Şehit Hüseyin Ruso Secondary School and completed his high school at the Nicosia Turkish Lycee.Cemal Kavalcıoğlu graduated from the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 1999(B.Sc.) of the Near East University,and obtained his M.Sc. Degree from the Department of Electrical &
Electronic Engineering in 2002 (Thesis Title:” Analysis of Wireless Communication Systems and Traffic Modeling”). He is studying his Ph.D. since 2008 at the Department of Electrical &
Electronic Engineering of the Near East University. He has been working as a Research Assistant and Lecturer at the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering since 2004.
Since 2014 Cemal kavalcıoğlu has been the coordinator of the Electronic Technologies Department (Vocational School) (2-Year Program) and Electronic Technologies Department (3-Year Program). His main research interests are on Wireless Telemedicine Systems, Wireless Communication Systems, Image Processing in Telemedicine, Digital Signal Processing and Biomedical Signal Processing.
He has authored or co-authored book chapters, and presented 6 papers, which later published, at international conferences and his 9 articles were published in national journals.Mr. Cemal Kavalcıoğlu is a member of the Chamber of Electrical Engineers and, he has served in Scientific Journal Editorial Committee Member of Electrical Engineer Chambers during 2010 – April 2012.
