FFP3 TİP MASKE NEDİR ?
FFP3 TİPİ MASKEYİ DİĞER MASKELERDEN AYIRAN ÖZELLİKLER NELERDİR ?
“TSE-EN 149 standardına göre üretilerek CE almış maskeler ‘Solunumla ilgili koruyucu cihazlar-Partiküllere karşı filtre edici yarım maskeler’ EN 149: Toz maskeleri yeni Avrupa Standardı maskeleri FFP1, FFP2, FFP3 şeklinde sınıflandırmaktadır.”
Kişisel koruyucu donanımlar Çalışma Bakanlığının gözetim ve denetiminde olup onaylanmış CE belgesi olmayan ürünlerin üretilmesi ve satışı yasaktır.
Partikül filtreli maskeler FFP = (“filtering facepiece”) olarak da adlandırılır. Bu tip maskeler FFP (“filtering facepiece“) söz- cüklerinden türetilen FFP ve buna eklenen sayılarla 3 kategoriye ayrılır.
Avrupa Birliği tarafından benimsenen bu kategorizasyon filtrelerin areosol bulaş riskini kaç kat azalttığı ile ilişkilidir.
Uygun koşullarda kullanıldığında FFP3 toplam içe sızdırma yüzde 1in altındadır.
Diğer bir deyişle FFP3 tipi bir maskenin filtreleme etkinliği %99.97 dan büyüktür.

FFFP 3 TİPİ MASKELER NE ŞEKİLDE BELGELENDİRLMELİ VE NELERE DİKKAT EDİLMELİ ?
Bu maskeler EN149:2001+A1 (2009) standardına uygun olmalıdır.
Tüm testlerimiz En 149 standardının tüm yetkinliklerine sahip bir denetim kuruluşu olan Universal Tarafından yapılmış ve belgelendirilmiştir.
Tarafımıza UNIVERSAL tarafından verilen belgelendirmelere www.universalcert.com web adresinden belge sorgulama yapılarak ulaşılabilmektedir.
En 149 standardına göre belgelendirilmiş bir ürün üzerinde belgelendirme kuruluşuna ait olan , 4 haneli onaylanmış kuruluş numarasının bulunması gerekmektedir.
Bu numara, onaylanmış kuruluşun kimliği niteliğinde olup, yapılan belgelendirmelerin ve kuruluşların geçerliliğinin, uluslararası bir platform olan www.nando.com veritabanından sorgulanmasını sağlar.

5 ROSIMASK - PSM 3 TEKNİK ÖZELLİKLERİ
ROSIMASK PSM-3 , 5 katlı FFP3 tipi full ultrasonik makinalarda el değmeden üretilen bir maskedir.
Sahip olduğu 5 katman ile FFP3 standardının gerektirdiği oranda filtreleme etkinliğine ulaşmaktadır. Test bel- gelerimizde yer alan tüm sonuçları detaylı bir şekilde inceleyebilirsiniz.
Filtreleme gücünü sağlayan 3 adet performans katmanı bulunmaktadır.
Bu performans katmanlarının üretimi gerçekleştiren tesis, dünya standartlarında üretim yapmaktadır. Kalite- de sürdürülebilirliği sağlama esasına göre titizlikle çalışan firma ürettiği her üründen örnekleri kendi labora- tuvarından teste tabi tutmakta ve arşivinde şahit numune olarak muhafaza etmektedir.
Performans katmanlarımızı oluşturan materyal, Nano Teknoloji uygulamaları ile özelleştirilen nano-fiber mal- zemeden üretilmekte ve diğer materyallere kıyasla çok daha güçlü filtreleme gücü sağlamaktadır. Materyal üzerine laminasyon tekniği ile uygulanan nano katman gözle görülmeyen bir teknolojiyi bünyesinde barındı- rır.
Bu özel nano fiber malzeme, 0,6 micron baz alınarak yapılan testlerde % 100 performans sergilemektedir.

• Burun klipsi ise elastik plastik kaplama alüminyum teldir.
• Ergonomi sağlar ve X-ray cihazlarında sinyal vermez.
Tek tek ambalajlanan her bir maske, 5’erli ve 10’arlı kutular içerisinde sunulmaktadır. Tekli olarak da satışa uygundur.

* Öncelikle maskeyi elinizde tutun
* Maskeyi çenenizin altından ve burnunuzun üzerine yerleştirin ve kulak halkalarını kulaklarınızın arkasına yerleştirin.
Nasıl Kullanılır?

* Hava sızıntısını en aza indirmek için burun klipsini ayarlayın.
* Maskeyi iki elinizle kapatın ve nefes verin. Maske hafifçe şişmelidir. Maskenin yanlarından hava kaçarsa, maskeyi tam olarak oturana kadar yeniden ayarlayın ve burun klipsinin burnunuza düzgün bir şekilde yerleştirildiğinden emin olun.
* Maskeniz kullanıma hazırdır.

Uyarı : Sakallarınız var ise sakallarınız maskenin sızdırmazlık alanında sızıntıya neden olabilir.
Tehlikeli bir atmosfere girmeden önce, maskenin daima sıkı bir sızdırmazlık oluşturduğundan emin olun.
Önemli : Kullanıcıları ürünün doğru kullanımı konusunda bilgilendirmek önemlidir. Solunum zorlaştı-
ğında veya maske hasar gördüğünde, maske deforme olduğunda veya maske yüze oturmadığında
maskenin acilen değiştirilmesi gerekir. Maskeleri güvenli bir şekilde kullanmak için talimatlara dikkatle
uymak önemli bir adımdır.
