脾臟方

-肉虛實第五

原文 論曰︰夫肉虛者，坐不安席，身危變動。肉實者，坐安 不動，喘氣。肉虛實之應主於脾。若其臟腑有病從肉生，熱 則應臟，寒則應腑。 五加酒-治肉虛坐不安席好動，主脾病寒氣所傷方。 五加皮 枸杞皮（各二升） 乾地黃 丹參（各八兩） 石膏（一作石床） 杜仲（各一斤） 乾薑（四兩） 附子 （二兩） 上八味 咀，以清酒三斗漬三宿，一服七合，日再。 半夏湯-治肉實坐安席，不能動作喘氣，主脾病熱氣所 加關格除喘方。 半夏 宿薑（各八兩） 杏仁（五兩） 細辛 橘皮（各 四兩） 麻黃（一兩） 石膏 （七兩） 射干（二兩） 上八味 咀，以水九升煮取三升，分三服，須利下加芒 硝三兩。
