We wish to introduce you the bearer Mr. Satvet Lutfi Tozan four good friend and a well known and prominent member of the
rkish society, who has been very valuable to the -allies ause during the lest war.
Mr. Tozan, besides his achievements in the past, has taken at heart the consolidation of the traditional American-Turkish
friendship and relations and we are convinced that his capability and determination will be helpful to the aim of the Association.
We always keep in mind your arduous and valuable efforts towards the promotion of relations between our two Countries and we are convinced th*t you will always be the herald of our beloved Turkey's interests.
We must stress our gratitude for the aid which the great American Nation is granting to our Country and which, we hope, will be continued for covering the various needs of the worthy Turkish people and strengthen them in their endeavour to preserve peace and Democracy in this part of the world.
