頭部外傷與高壓氧 返回 醫療衛教 發表醫師 發佈日期 2010/03/26 頭部外傷 一、頭部外傷定義及導因 頭部受到外力之傷害導致腦組織或腦神經受到不同程度的損傷。依其程度可分三 類: 腦震盪(concussion): 受傷時病人會有短暫的意識消失,時間短於 5-10 分鐘 腦挫傷(contusion): 有下列任何一種情形之一者則有腦挫傷,包括:意識消失 5-10 分鐘、顱骨骨折、 蜘蛛網膜下腔出血、顱內血腫或產生神經機能障礙等。 顱內血腫(intracranial-hematoma): 包括硬腦膜上下腔血腫、腦實質內血腫、腦室出血等。 二、高壓氧對頭部外傷的好處 (1). 藉由提高血液氧氣濃度,使血管收縮,達到減輕組織水腫的目的。 (2). 含氧量高的血液,可經循環帶至缺氧部位,進而改善組織的缺氧狀況。 (3). 提昇腦細胞代謝功能,阻斷腦細胞因缺氧誘發一連串的負面效應。 (4). 抑制發炎反應,及時實施治療可減輕腦部「缺血再灌流傷害」的二度傷害。 高壓氧氣治療有效的提高了腦組織的含氧量,使腦水腫現象減輕,顱內壓下降, 減輕腦部細胞的興奮性傷害。利用高壓氧來輔助治療腦傷,成效應該是明顯可見 的,但由於病人情況各有不同,需經由專業醫師審慎評估之後,在病人安全無虞 的前提下,才能真正發揮它的療效!   健康文章內文主要提供民眾降低對疾病因不了解產生之不安和恐懼,但不可取代 實際的醫療行為,所以身體如有不適請您前往醫院就醫治療。
