çok kullanılan 9 farklı teknik gösterge verileri kullanılmıştır. Bu veriler kullanılarak model test edilmiş ve geçerliliği gösterilmiştir. Söz konusu veriler Bloomberg veri terminali kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. BIST 30 endeksinde yer alan 30 adet hisse senedine ait verilerin zaman aralığı değişkenlik göstermekle birlikte köklü şirketlerin verileri 1996 yıllarının başına kadar gitmektedir. Ancak bazı şirketlere ait hisse senedi verileri için, söz konusu şirketlerin görece yeni şirketler olması bakımından 2010 yılı veya hatta 2013 yılı gibi göreceli olarak oldukça kısa sayılabilecek bir veri seti kullanılmıştır. Hibrit modelin bir parçası olan yapay zeka algoritmaları modelin öğrenme gücüne göre tahmin gücünün değiştiği modellerdir. Söz konusu modellerin öğrenmesi ise modele girdi olarak ne düzeyde geçmiş verinin tanıtıldığı ile doğrudan ilişkilidir. Bu kapsamda görece daha az sayıda verisi bulunan hisse senetleri için getiri tahminlemesinde dezavantajlı bir durum söz konusu olmuştur. Hisse senetleri getirileri ve hisse senedi teknik gösterge verileri için günlük veri kullanılmıştır. Bu sayede veri sayısı artmıştır. Nitekim, gerek destek vektör makineleri ile ilgili akademik çalışmalarda (Kavzoğlu ve Çölkesen, 2012; Sordo ve Zeng, 2005) gerekse bu tez sırasındaki uygulamalarda, veri miktarı arttıkça modelin başarısının arttığı ve bu kapsamda ortalama 5000 veri noktasının olmasının modelin öğrenmesini oldukça iyileştirdiği gözlemlenmiştir. Kullanılan günlük veriler ile günlük bazda teknik gösterge verilerinin her bir hisse senedi için her bir teknik gösterge tahmini yapılmış olup;
bu veriler yapay zeka modelinde girdi olarak kullanılarak her bir hisse senedinin günlük getiri verisi örneklem dışı tahmini yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu tahmin BL modelinde yatırımcı mutlak görüşü olarak değerlendirilmek suretiyle portföy optimizasyonu yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar ile BIST 30 endeksinin getirileri ile bu endekste yer alan hisse senetleri kullanılarak rassal dağılım yapıldığında elde edilen getiri miktarları ile günlük, kümülatif ve kayan periyotlarla değişen elde tutma süreleri ile yapılan analizler sonuçları kıyaslanmıştır. Elde edilen nihai sonuçlara göre, bu tezde ortaya konulan hibrit model ile elde edilen kümülatif getiri 250 günlük test döneminde 10 günlük kayan periyot için işlem maliyeti ihmal edilerek ve dikkate alınarak yapılan hesaplamalarda sırasıyla yüzde 19 ve 9 iken, buna tekabül eden BIST 30 endeksi getirileri sırasıyla yüzde 5 ve negatif yüzde 5 olduğu gözlemlenmektedir.
Sonuç olarak, son yıllarda giderek finans ve ekonomi araştırma soruları için de kullanımı artan yapay zeka modeli ile ekonometrik model birleştirilerek hibrit bir model oluşturulmuş ve elde edilen veriler portföy optimizasyonu konusunda Markovitz modelinden sonra ortaya konulan en önemli modellerden birisi olan Black-Litterman modelinin bir eksikliği giderilmiştir. Buna göre sistematik bir şekilde söz konusu portföy optimizasyonu modeline yatırımcı görüşü oluşturulabilmiş ve elde edilen yatırımcı görüşlerinin getirisi BIST 30 endeksinin getirilerine göre daha iyi bir düzeyde olduğu gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca, söz konusu modelin önerdiği hisse senedi getiri tahminlerinin sadece belli ve kısa bir döneme ilişkin değil bir yıldan daha uzun bir süre için günlük bazda test edilerek güvenirliği ve geçerliği test edilmiştir. İlaveten, rassal olarak hisse senedi ağırlıkları atanan portföylerin 1000 kez simüle edilerek elde edilen getiri oranları ile bu tez çalışmasında önerilen hibrit modelin getirisi karşılaştırılmış ve hibrit modelin sonuçlarının rassal bir sonuçtan ibaret olamayacağı ortaya konmuştur.
Başta Türkiye sermaye piyasalarında olmak üzere, yapay zeka modelleri ile yapay zeka modeli içeren hibrit modellerin oldukça az sayıda uygulamaları olduğu dikkate alındığında, bundan sonraki araştırmacıların bu modelleri, türevlerini veya alternatiflerini kullanarak sermaye piyasalarında test edip yeni yöntemlerin ortaya çıkarılabileceği düşünülmektedir. Böylece, finans ve ekonomi alanındaki araştırmacıların sıklıkla kullandığı ekonometrik model bağımlılığından kurtularak son yıllarda önemi ve büyüklüğü hızla artan büyük veri analizi çerçevesinde yeni yöntemler kullanılabileceği, geliştirilebileceği ve dolayısıyla daha iyi sonuçlar üretilebileceği düşünülmektedir.
